LoyalBean ("we", "us") provides a digital loyalty platform for cafés ("merchants") and their customers ("members"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
When a merchant signs up, we collect business name, contact details, and billing information processed via Stripe. When a member enrols in a loyalty program, we collect name, email address, and optionally phone number, along with stamp and reward activity.
Member data is used to operate the loyalty program for the merchant the member enrolled with, including issuing wallet passes, recording stamps, and sending notifications the merchant configures. We do not sell member data to third parties.
Data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and the merchant who owns the member relationship.
Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting the merchant directly or LoyalBean support.
