By creating a LoyalBean account, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
LoyalBean offers Espresso (A$35/month) and Double Shot (A$55/month) plans, billed monthly via Stripe. New accounts receive a 30-day free trial. At the end of the trial, your selected plan will be charged automatically unless cancelled beforehand.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided for unused time.
You agree not to use LoyalBean to send unlawful, misleading, or unsolicited communications to members, and to comply with applicable privacy and spam laws when contacting your members.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update or modify features from time to time.
LoyalBean is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
